CHARTER TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY
Airport Bus Dandenong requires full payment for charter services
prior to your first day of travel. We accept VISA and
Mastercard or direct bank transfer. Credit card facilities
are available by contacting our consultants during business
hours.
On your initial day of travel, our bus can be located at
Melbourne Airport at ZONE 3 on the ground floor, directly opposite
International Arrivals (outside the airport). The suburban
bus parking bay is first road over – in front of the Hilton
Hotel. Buses are clearly labeled Dandenong – Melbourne
Airport. Should you have any problems, please check with the
International Information Desk or visit our Facebook page for
airport parking images.
Airport Bus Dandenong are not responsible for delays incurred in
travelling to any destination. It is the customer’s responsibility
to ensure that sufficient time is allowed in the travel schedule to
allow for the incidental traffic delays etc, which can occur at any
time.
Passengers are responsible for their own Luggage and Personal
and Valuable Items. Airport Bus Dandenong accepts no responsibility
whatsoever for any loss, damage or misplacement of passenger
luggage or personal and valuable items.
Airport Bus Dandenong reserves the right to refuse travel to any
passenger where its company representatives deem any passenger to
be offensive, abusive, intoxicated or affected by drugs or other
substances.
Please be advised that we cannot be held responsible for flight
delays and should one occur, we reserve the right to charge an
hourly fee for airport waiting time. Fees start at $60 per
hour. We provide 30 minutes courtesy airport wait time before
fees are charged. Once Airport Bus Dandenong has commenced
its obligations, no refund or reimbursement will be applicable and
any cancellations will incur a booking fee of 25%.
Please also not that the pick up times stated on your tax
invoice are to be strictly adhered to and charges will be incurred
should our drivers be forced to wait for passengers or luggage.
ALCOHOL
CLAUSE
Smoking and the consumption of alcohol is prohibited on all
charter and scheduled services under Australian State Government
Regulations. Airport Bus Dandenong reserves the right to refuse
travel or remove passengers carrying or being under the
influence of alcohol. Any and all additional costs
incurred as a result of the refusal to serve, or the removal from
the service, will be borne solely by the passenger and the charter
or booking will be deemed to have been travelled.
IF YOU OR ANY MEMBER OF YOUR GROUP IS INTOXICATED OR CARRYING
ALCOHOL FOR CONSUMPTION ON OUR VEHICLE, YOUR CHARTER WILL BE
CANCELLED AND NO REFUND OR REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE
APPLICABLE.
THE CONSUMPTION OF
ALCOHOL IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED ON ALL CHARTER AND SCHEDULED
SERVICES UNDER AUSTRALIAN STATE GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS.
