Refunds Policy

• ALL PRE-PAID FARES AND ONLINE BOOKINGS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
  
• In the event of a cancellation, Airport Bus Dandenong offers a credit note for a period of up to 12 months. To be issued a credit note, cancellation must be made 48 hours prior to travel, otherwise the service shall be deemed to be completed and no credit note will be issued.
  
• Should Airport Bus Dandenong meet its obligations in running services, paid or unpaid ticketed passengers who are unable to meet a scheduled service caused by influences outside the carriers control shall be deemed to be completed by the carrier, and as such, no refund reimbursement whatsoever will be applicable.
