Do I have to book the Airport
Bus?
Yes, all bookings must be
made with our consultants on (03) 9782 6766.
Will the bus wait for
me?
No, the bus will not wait for
late passengers. All passengers must be ready and waiting at least
10 minutes prior to their scheduled departure time. Airport
Bus Dandenong adheres to a strict timetable and cannot wait for
late passengers. This applies to prepaid passengers
also.
Does the bus always run on time or can it arrive
late to Melbourne Airport or my pick up
location?
All services can run 10-15
minutes late at any given time. Melbourne traffic,
industrial, civil and public actions are always contributing
factors and appropriate time for airport check-in must be allowed
and considered upon placing your booking. Airport Bus
Dandenong cannot be held responsible for unforseeable
circumstances.
Where do I find the bus at Dandenong
Station?
We are located at the Bay 10 bus stop at
Dandenong Railway Station, look for the signage. Be sure to
check you are on the Dandenong Airport Bus and not the 901
SmartBus. The 901 SmartBus takes more than 4 hours to reach
Melbourne Airport and you will miss your flight. We will not
chase the 901 to collect you.
Where do I find the bus at Melbourne
Airport?
At Melbourne Airport
(Tullamarine) you will find us at Zone 3 on the ground floor,
opposite International Arrivals.
I have prepaid my fare by credit card over the
phone. If I change my mind or need to cancel, can I get a
refund?
All prepaid fares are
non-refundable - there are no exceptions. In the event of a
cancellation, we offer an open ticket for a period of up to 12
months.
