Emergency morning services are available Monday - Friday from Dandenong Railway Station (Bay 10 bus stop) at 05:30am and 07:00am.  Passengers wishing to use this service must be at the station 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure times. (seats are not guaranteed and preference will be given to passengers with prebooked tickets)

All fares from Berwick, Cranbourne, Narre Warren, Hallam, Endeavour Hills, Carrum Downs, Village Green are required to be pre-paid upon booking.  Group bookings and home pick ups are also required to be pre-paid.

An emergency next day booking service is available by calling or texting 0400 516 198.

BEFORE DIALLING - PLEASE NOTE:  this number is for emergency next day bookings only and Airport Bus Dandenong affiliated accommodations.  There is an 8:00pm cut off and the number is not operational on Sundays.  Other bookings and information will not be taken on this number and calls will not be taken during normal office hours.  All weekend and Monday morning bookings are required to be made before 2pm on Fridays.

Bookings made by credit card are non-refundable.  Tickets are fully transferable and are valid for a period of 12 months from date of purchase.  Refunds will not be issued in any circumstances.
