Emergency morning services are available Monday - Friday from Dandenong Railway Station (Bay 10 bus stop) at 05:30am and 07:00am.  Passengers wishing to use this service must be at the station 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure times. (seats are not guaranteed and preference will be given to passengers with prebooked tickets)

An emergency next day booking service is available by calling 0400 516 198.  PLEASE NOTE: this service is for emergency next day bookings only and Airport Bus Dandenong affiliated accommodations.  Other bookings and information will not be taken on this number and calls will not be taken during normal office hours.

All fares from Berwick, Cranbourne, Narre Warren, Hallam, Endeavour Hills, Carrum Downs, Village Green are required to be pre-paid upon booking.  Group bookings and home pick ups are also required to be pre-paid.

Bookings made by credit card are non-refundable.  Tickets are fully transferable and are valid for a period of 12 months from date of purchase.  Refunds will not be issued in any circumstances.
